Beef short rib with sauce milanese, roasted potatoes, carrots and green beens (gluten free)

Vanilla poached scallops with bacon relish, risotto and asparagus

Quinoa truffle ragout with black beans, chickpeas, tomato, basil, finished with flax, chia and hemp seeds (vegan and gluten free)
