Chef Daniel Green, Coastal Seafoods and Dancing Dragonfly Winery have teamed up to create a fabulous multi-course meal for ten served in the comfort of your home. The menu includes Crab & Avocado Towers, Seared Scallops on a Parsnip Puree, Tiger Shrimp on Avocado Mousse & Salmon Caviar, Thai Seafood Curry and Lemon Curd Ice Cream. Dancing Dragonfly Winery’s Christine’s Foxtrot, Ballroom, Boogaloo, Bill’s Waltz and Tango will accompany successive courses. Also includes a demonstration of the Thai Seafood Curry course. Date to be mutually selected by Chef Green and the winner.
